Creating an Account
- Click "Sign Up" or "Register"
- Accounts are free to create
- Benefits: report history, referral program, API access
Account Types
- Free Account: Access purchased reports, referrals, basic features
- Pro Status: Earned after purchasing 8 reports (automatic 2 free credits)
Updating Account Information
- Log in to your account
- Go to Dashboard
- Click on account settings
- Update your information
Password Reset
- Click "Forgot Password" on login page
- Enter your email address
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
Account Deletion
Contact support to request account deletion. Note:- Historical purchase records are retained for legal compliance
- Report access will be revoked
- Process takes 24-48 hours
