Getting Started

1. Search for a Property

On the TitlePin homepage:

1. Enter the property address in the search bar
2. Use the autocomplete suggestions to select the correct address
3. Click "Search" or press Enter

2. Review Property Preview

After searching, you'll see a preview with:

• Property address confirmation
• Basic property details (if available)
• Report pricing options

3. Select Your Report

Choose from:

1. Standard Report ($24.99) - Essential property information
2. Bundle ($34.98) - Standard + Intelligence Report

4. Complete Purchase

3. Enter your email address (for report delivery)
4. Enter payment information
5. Review and accept the Sales Terms
6. Click "Purchase Report"

5. Access Your Report

Immediately after purchase:

• View the report on screen
• Download the PDF
• Check your email for a copy

Account Features

Creating an Account

Register for free to:

• Access all purchased reports anytime
• Track your purchase history
• Earn and use referral credits
• Get volume discounts
• Access API features (for developers)

Dashboard

Your dashboard (/dashboard) provides:

• My Reports: All purchased reports
• Referrals: Share your code and earn credits
• API Keys: Manage API access (developers)

Tips for Best Results

Address Entry

• Use complete addresses
• Include unit/apartment numbers if applicable
• Select from autocomplete for best accuracy

Coverage

• Not all counties are supported
• If a property isn't found, you won't be charged
• Coverage is expanding regularly

Report Access

• Reports are available for 90 days after purchase
• Download PDFs for permanent records
• Registered users have unlimited dashboard access

Common Questions

"My report didn't include [X] information"

Reports show data available in public records. Some data may not be recorded or may be in supplemental records not yet integrated.

"The information seems outdated"

Public records have recording delays (sometimes weeks or months). Our data reflects what's currently in public databases.

"I entered the wrong address"

Double-check the address before purchasing. We cannot refund for user address entry errors. Search results show property details to help verify.

"I can't find my report"

1. Check your email (including spam folder)
2. Log in to your dashboard
3. Contact support with your order email

Mobile Access

TitlePin works on mobile devices:

• Full functionality on smartphones/tablets
• Install as an app (PWA) from your browser
• Reports are mobile-optimized

API Access

For developers and high-volume users:

1. Create an account
2. Generate API keys from your dashboard
3. Use REST API endpoints
